AUT on Demand – Project Overview Large-scale production of 16 educational program videos (4–13 mins each) to replace outdated one-hour lecture recordings.

Together with my manager, I oversaw the creative direction and delivery across all videos, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and high production standards.

Project Management: Coordinated the full production process and guided two contracted editors.

Editing: Edited videos with sound design, music, and voice-over, integrating over 200 clips per video.

Creative Approach: Each video combined hundreds of stock clips, AUT’s archive, and original filming into authentic, engaging storytelling.

Sustainability: Designed a reusable format for future updates. This project blended technical editing, creative direction, and leadership making it one of my proudest achievements at AUT.
